Refund policy

At Shabbir Autos, customer satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted for:

  • damaged items

  • wrong items received

  • defective products

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

  • Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or product-specific reasons
